Springs hits differently when it coincides with a Mars’ ingress into Aries, where it holds domicile. Instead of sauntering in with the gentleness of the lamb, it lands with the brutal force of the ram. Think late April 2024 or late May of 2022. Still, in those years, it was mostly business as usual. But with Saturn and Neptune now along for the ride, the pursuit of one’s personal agenda gets complicated. The restrictive nature of Saturn brings restraint to the youthful and energetic realm of Aries, while Neptune’s watery energy blurs boundaries and seeks to transcend. Add spirited Mars to the mix and things get stirred up, poked, and prodded. All this happens in the first decan of Aries. The energy of the first decan of Aries has been described as bold, cutting, ambitious, and shameless. The vibe is very much “by any means necessary”. In the area of your natal chart where you find the first 10 degrees of Aries, there’s tremendous pressure to achieve your aims. What kind of wars will you wage until Mars departs this decan (not the sign - that comes on May 18) on April 23? You might be ready to abandon all hope around the time that Mars conjoins Neptune on April 13. Or maybe you’ll waste energy fighting for a lost cause? When Mars conjoins Saturn on April 19, it’s a case of the unstoppable force meeting the immovable object. Mercury will join in the next day for good measure, bringing both cunning and fickleness to your endeavors. It’s a lot to unpack. Take a look at where the first 10 degrees of Aries lands in your natal chart, and discern the difference between what you want and what you need. In either case, don’t hurt yourself or others in the pursuit of it.

It’s the most powerful moment in the moon’s cycle for ritual, journeying, prayer, and dropping in. With, Pisces’ ruler Neptune in the picture, you could say that we’re in for a SUPER Pisces Full Moon. Pisces energy is all about dissolving boundaries. Consider the veil lifted and the gown off. Witchy vibes abound in this lead-up to this week’s Autumn Equinox. It’s a juicy opportunity to send your prayers up, fire off your rituals, and commune with the other side. With support from Pluto, serious transformation can happen. The flip side of this energy is that you might feel too much and, perhaps, use alcohol or other substances to self-medicate. For those with addiction issues, caution is advised. Check in with the wise people in your world who keep you grounded. For Pisces, particularly those born in the final days of the sign, this can be a potent and magical time while also being overwhelming. You’re skilled at swimming in deep emotional waters, but this is a whole ‘nother level. The same applies for Pisces rising and Pisces Moon. Wherever you find the final degrees of Pisces in your chart is where you will feel attuned, super creative, and at one with the world around you. It’s also where you’ll absorb the energy of whatever and whomever is around you, so shields up!
